No refund will be made for any reason unless the product cannot be delivered due to manufacturer or supplier problems. If the manufacturer or supplier cannot deliver the product in full, all deposits will be refunded in full.

Freight Services

For orders that require delivery (including Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China), the Company only uses SF Express or Hong Kong Post. Your rights in the delivery of goods are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant freight company. You agree and accept that if you use the freight company recommended by the Company, it means that the Company will fully entrust the freight matters to the company.

Return or Refund Policy

During the shipping period, the outer packaging box may be slightly dented or damaged, which is normal. The company is not responsible for the inability to obtain complete packaging of the product due to the order of collection, and this cannot be used as a reason for return or refund.

The final delivery date of all products is subject to the official website. However, pre-ordered products are not accepted for return or refund due to "delivery time, manufacturer or weather issues, COVID-19 impact and other force majeure factors".
