Booking Information and Terms

The final delivery date of the product will be based on the official announcement time, please pay attention to the relevant announcement.
No refund will be made for any reason unless the product cannot be delivered due to manufacturer or supplier problems. If the manufacturer or supplier cannot deliver the product in full, all deposits will be refunded in full.
The price of the ordered goods shall be based on the price indicated on the receipt. To protect both parties, the price will not be modified.
Please pick up the goods within 14 days after receiving the notification (EMAIL sending time). If you exceed this collection period, your order and deposit will be deemed cancelled without further notice.

Freight Services

For orders that require delivery (including Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China), the Company only uses SF Express or Hong Kong Post. Your rights in the delivery of goods are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant freight company. You agree and accept that if you use the freight company recommended by the Company, it means that the Company will fully entrust the freight matters to the company.
The Company is not responsible for the acts or misconduct of the relevant freight companies. You will bear the risks and responsibilities arising from the use of relevant freight companies.

Return or Refund Policy

No returns or refunds are accepted unless otherwise specified. Please read the Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
During the shipping period, the outer packaging box may be slightly dented or damaged, which is normal. The company is not responsible for the inability to obtain complete packaging of the product due to the order of collection, and this cannot be used as a reason for return or refund.
If you need to open the box to inspect the goods, you can only exchange the goods if there are missing parts or damage. As the coloring effect of each product may be slightly different, the company reserves the final right to decide whether to make an exchange.
The final delivery date of all products is subject to the official website. However, pre-ordered products are not accepted for return or refund due to "delivery time, manufacturer or weather issues, COVID-19 impact and other force majeure factors".
If the item is missing or damaged, please apply for replacement within 7 days after the date of purchase. If the application is overdue, the company reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to replace the item.
The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and reserves the final right of interpretation.

Conditions applicable for return or exchange

The product is unused and in the original condition it was sold in, with all parts and accessories (instructions, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags and boxes).
The packaging of the goods must be in the same condition as when they were delivered.
You agree and accept that the availability of merchandise will be subject to stock availability.
