In-Stock Products Delivery

All in-stock products will be arranged for shipment within one week after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Actual delivery time may vary due to logistics operations, weather conditions, or force majeure events. We shall not be held responsible for any delays.

Pre-order Terms

The final shipping date for pre-order items will be determined by our official announcements. Customers should check for updates regularly, as no individual notifications will be sent.
No refunds or cancellations are allowed for pre-orders, except in cases where the manufacturer/supplier completely fails to deliver. In such cases, only the deposit will be refunded, with no additional compensation.
The pre-order price is fixed at the amount stated at the time of purchase. No price adjustments will be made regardless of subsequent market changes.

Payment & Collection Deadline

Customers must complete payment and collection within 14 days after receiving our payment notification.
Orders not paid or collected within the deadline will be automatically voided. All payments made will not be refunded, and products may be relisted for sale without prior notice.

Shipping Service Terms

We will arrange shipment through a suitable logistics provider based on order requirements. Customers may not request specific courier services.
All shipping risks (including but not limited to delays, damages, or loss) are solely the customer's responsibility once the product is handed over to the logistics provider.
Any disputes regarding courier services (e.g., compensation claims) must be resolved directly between the customer and the logistics company. We will not mediate or assume liability.

Disclaimer

Minor packaging wear and tear during transit is normal and does not qualify for returns/exchanges.
If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of receipt, the customer bears full responsibility for reshipment costs.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Revised terms take effect immediately without prior notice.
