In-Stock Products Delivery

All in-stock products will be arranged for shipment within one week after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Actual delivery time may vary due to logistics operations, weather conditions, or force majeure events. We shall not be held responsible for any delays.
Pre-order Terms

The final shipping date for pre-order items will be determined by our official announcements. Customers should check for updates regularly, as no individual notifications will be sent.

No refunds or cancellations are allowed for pre-orders, except in cases where the manufacturer/supplier completely fails to deliver. In such cases, only the deposit will be refunded, with no additional compensation.

The pre-order price is fixed at the amount stated at the time of purchase. No price adjustments will be made regardless of subsequent market changes.
Payment & Collection Deadline

Customers must complete payment and collection within 14 days after receiving our payment notification.

Orders not paid or collected within the deadline will be automatically voided. All payments made will not be refunded, and products may be relisted for sale without prior notice.
Shipping Service Terms

The Company will arrange for appropriate logistics companies to deliver the goods according to the order situation. Buyers are not allowed to specify a specific logistics method.

All shipping risks (including but not limited to delays, damage, loss, etc.) are borne by the buyer from the time the product is delivered to the logistics company.

The terms of service and compensation plan of the logistics company are the agreement between the buyer and the company, and the company does not intervene or take any responsibility.
Disclaimer
The outer packaging of the product may be slightly damaged during transportation due to logistics handling. This is a normal phenomenon and does not constitute a reason for return or exchange.
If the package is returned due to incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer, no one to sign for it, or it is refused, the buyer will be responsible for the full shipping cost.
The Company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Modified terms will take effect immediately without further announcement.
