General Policy
All sales are final. Unless otherwise specified, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have thoroughly reviewed the product details and agree to the terms of this policy in full.
Product Packaging Disclaimer

Minor damage to external packaging (including but not limited to dents, stains, or missing labels) during shipping is considered normal.

Due to international shipping requirements, some items may be delivered with alternative protective packaging.

Packaging condition is not valid grounds for returns/exchanges. We assume no liability for packaging-related issues.
Defective Product Guidelines

Exchange requests will only be accepted for "severe damage to the main body" or "missing core components."

Applications must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt. A video showing the entire unpacking process, with the original film/seal intact, must be provided. Failure to submit an application within this timeframe will result in the lapse of the exchange.

Color variations, minor scratches, and minor deformation of accessories are all considered acceptable due to industrial production practices.

Exchange decisions are subject to confirmation by a third-party appraisal report and are at the sole discretion of our company.
Special Note

Due to the special nature of personal hygiene products and to protect the health and safety of all consumers, these products will not be returned or exchanged once receipt is confirmed.
